Finance, Accountancy and IT Director: Tatjana Knezoviæ The Agency is pursuant to Article 18, of the State Agency for Bank Rehabilitation and Deposit Insurance Act (O.G. No. 44/94, 79/98, 19/99 i 35/00¸, 60/04) a nonprofit organization. Accordingly, entire accounting system has been defined pursuant to Nonprofit Accounting Regulations (O.G. No. 10/08 and 07/09). The Agency is not obliged to calculate and pay VAT. Main tasks of the Accountancy include supervision and control of the financial activities, including preparation of financial statements (annual reports) for the Board, Croatian National Bank and State Audit.
