Board

The main governing entity is the Board of the Agency which consists of six members.
Pursuant to Amendments on State Agency for Deposit Insurance and Bank Rehabilitation Act (Official Gazette no.35/00, 60/04), the Board consists of the following officials:

• Vice President of the Government, in charge for Economy, as Chairman of the Board
• President of the Committee for Finance and Budget as Deputy Chairman
  and four members:
• Minister of Finance
• Minister of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship
• State Secretary of the Central State Administrative Office for Property Management
  and
• President of the Committee for Economy, Development and Reconstruction.

The Board of the Agency is appointed by the Government of the Republic of Croatia.

The Board of the Agency decides with majority votes of the members. In case of even voting result, President of the Board will make final decision.

Director of the Agency is appointed and resolved by the Croatian Government at the proposal of the Board.

Pursuant to Article 5.c of the Public Procurement Law (NG 110/07, 125/08), we inform you that director of the State Agency for Deposit Insurance and Bank Rehabilitation does not perform any managing activity, nor owns interests, shares or some other rights to allow him to participate in management, i.e. in capital of any business entity with more than 20%, and therefore the State Agency, as a procuring entity, is allowed to make agreements on public procurement with all business entities in compliance with article 5.c of the Act.
