In accordance with the Law on Bank Rehabilitation and Restructuring ("Official Gazette" of the Republic of Croatia No. 44/94), and the Law on the State Agency for Deposit Insurance and Bank Rehabilitation ("Official Gazette" of the Republic of Croatia No. 44/94, 79/98, 19/99 and 35/00) the Government of the Republic of Croatia has following suggestion given by Croatian National Bank from October, 1995 until May, 2000 made Decision on rehabilitation and restructuring of the following banks:

1. Slavonska banka d.d., Osijek, ("Official Gazette" of the Republic of Croatia No.84/95)
2. Riječka banka d.d., Rijeka, ("Official Gazette" of the Republic of Croatia No. 31/96 and 22/98)
3. Splitska banka d.d., Split ("Official Gazette" of the Republic of Croatia No. 31/96 and 22/98)
4. Privredna banka d.d., Zagreb ("Official Gazette" of the Republic of Croatia No.106/96, 8/97 and 101/98)
5. Dubrovačka banka d.d., Dubrovnik ("Official Gazette" of the Republic of Croatia No. 56/98 and 11/99)
6. Croatia banka d.d., Zagreb ("Official Gazette" of the Republic of Croatia No. 98/99 and 53/00)

To this day rehabilitation procedures of above-mentioned banks have been completed.
